This Privacy Policy explains how TeachMeLifeSkills ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website, including the enrollment form.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the enrollment form, we collect the details you provide, which may include: the learner's name and date of birth; your home address; the parent/guardian name; email address and phone number; the workshop track you're interested in; and any notes you choose to share.
We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (for example, pages visited) to help us improve the site.
2. How we use your information
- To process and respond to your enrollment.
- To contact you about schedules, locations, payment arrangements, and your questions.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our workshops and website.
3. Children's information
Our workshops serve children. Enrollment information about a child must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We collect children's information only as needed to provide our services and do not sell it. If you believe a child's information was submitted without proper authorization, contact us and we will delete it.
4. How we store and protect data
Enrollment submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a secure cloud platform operated by Google. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain enrollment information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (such as Google Firebase) that help us operate the site, or where required by law.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing us. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
